Each month, an Archive arrives by mail. Printed on thoughtfully selected papers and designed to be held, revisited, and shared over time.
Inside each edition you’ll find:

An opening reflection introducing the emotional thread of the month. Designed as a postcard to keep for yourself or share with someone else.
THE WINDOW
A reflection from another woman
moving through this same unfolding.
THE UNFOLDING
A personal letter exploring what is surfacing, shifting, or asking to be seen more clearly.
THE DISCOVERY
A small mirrored keepsake designed to travel beyond the Archive. Each month its message changes, quietly reflecting the theme through a single thought
to carry into everyday life.
THE ECHO
A collector card featuring questions designed to be lived with over time and returned to again with new understanding.
Each piece holds its own rhythm.

THE RHYTHM
OF THE ARRIVAL
Silverbird Exchange moves in
a quiet monthly rhythm.
Each Archive takes shape over the course of the month as reflections, shared voices, and lived wisdom are thoughtfully gathered into a single, cohesive experience.
Subscriptions remain open until the 13th of each month.
The Archive then closes for print and begins its journey into the world, mailing on the 1st of the following month.
For example, if you join by September 13, Archive 04
will arrive in your mailbox before mid-September.
This rhythm is intentional.
Rather than an endless stream of content, each Archive is given time to become complete before it is shared, arriving as a thoughtfully assembled collection meant to be held, revisited, and returned to over time.
THE ECHO
THE ECHO is the final card included in each Archive.
Its questions are designed to be lived with over time
rather than answered all at once.
Some women revisit them each month. Others use the space provided to record what they're noticing or
continue the conversation in a journal.
Over time, THE ECHO becomes a quiet record
of your own unfolding.
Not something to complete.
Something to return to.

The spark that started
Silverbird Exchange was a simple but persistent belief:
Women, especially in the second half of life, carry extraordinary lived wisdom, creativity, intuition, and embodied intelligence, yet so much of it goes unrecognized in the pace of everyday life.
I wanted to create something that reflected it back.
Something thoughtful.
Something beautiful.
Something tangible enough to hold.
Something that could arrive quietly each month and invite women to slow down, reflect, and recognize what has been there all along.
My hope is that every woman who encounters Silverbird Exchange begins to trust her own voice a little more, recognize the wisdom already living within her, and move through the world with greater clarity and confidence.
Because when a woman recognizes what is already within her,
something shifts.
She moves differently through the world.
More grounded.
More connected.
More free.
And that quiet shift has the power to change
far more than one life.
